A few words about this main dish recipe
What is the marigold? I can assure you; that I didn’t know either… It’s a now-forgotten pine mushroom that used to be used to prepare the famous barigoule artichokes! But for more than a century, no mushrooms. The recipe has evolved, but the name has remained.
