A few words about this starter recipe
Soon spring and the month of April are exceptional products highlighted by this recipe: large poached green asparagus, tails in a salad with eggs and candied tomatoes, brandade of cod, large morels with Noilly-Prat and egg yolk. Candied egg in oil.
It’s one of my favorite starters: simple products, noble products, lots of techniques, typical Mediterranean aromas, and of course, it’s delicious.
