A few words about this dessert recipe
At Easter, the traditional recipe is, of course, the Easter nests… But not just any, that of Christophe Felder!! So I took the base of this cake, replacing the butter and pastry cream with whipped ganache to make this dessert lighter, and added a few strawberries to bring freshness.
