I end with the garlic of bears for this year with this straightforward little cream. Even if the soups are becoming increasingly rare thanks to the sun which comes back, spring vegetables are sometimes delightful in this form. We do not think enough of the beans, which are little known in general. This little velouté did not last long at home.
